privacy
What happens to what you share here.
The short version: nothing is collected until you send a request or write to Bloopie. Then it's kept so Shraman can reply to you. It's never sold or used for advertising, and you can have it deleted at any time.
Who's responsible
Shraman Kumar, who runs this studio from India. For anything about your data, write to [email protected]
Just browsing
Reading the site stores nothing about you on our side. Your browser keeps a few small notes in local storage: your theme, whether you've seen Bloopie's hello, a visit count and the date of your first visit. These never leave your device unless you start a chat or send a request. Our host, Cloudflare, also counts page views with its Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to see which pages get read and where visitors come from. It sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_ZZ05WSD4NM) that recognise your browser on a return visit for up to 400 days (about 13 months). Google's advertising features are switched off: nothing is used for ads, remarketing or cross-site profiles, and Google Analytics doesn't log or store IP addresses.
In the UK, the EU and Switzerland the cookies stay off until you choose Allow. Elsewhere they're on unless you turn them off here, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. While they're off, Google receives only a cookieless ping that can't recognise you.

When you send your brand or chat with Bloopie
From that moment, we keep:
- What you tell us: your messages, your brand's website and your email. If you share anything else about yourself or your business, like your name, role, products or ad spend, Bloopie notes it so Shraman doesn't have to ask again.
- Basic visit details: your approximate location (city, region and country, worked out from your internet address by our host, Cloudflare), the name of the network you're on, your device type, browser, language and screen size, the site that linked you here and any campaign tags in the link, which sections of this site you read and for how long, what you tapped, and how many times you've visited.
- A human check: Cloudflare Turnstile confirms a person is writing, not a bot.
We never store your raw IP address. A one-way hash of it is used only to limit how fast messages can be sent.
Why
- To reply to you, in the chat and by email if you leave one.
- To decide whether Shraman should join the chat himself, and to give him context when he does.
- To send the three hook ideas or anything else you asked for.
- To keep the chat safe from spam and abuse.
Under UK and EU data protection law, this is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, plus steps you asked us to take. Chats are read by Shraman. Bloopie is an AI and says so.
Who processes it
| Service | What for |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting the site, the database that stores chats and requests, the human check, the location estimate, and cookieless page-view counts |
| Amazon Web Services | The AI model that writes Bloopie's replies (Amazon Bedrock, which doesn't use your messages to train models) |
| Telegram | Delivering your chat to Shraman so he can reply from his phone |
| The studio's email, the spreadsheet where requests are tracked, and Google Analytics (see above). The site's fonts are also loaded from Google Fonts. | |
| Cal.com | Booking a call, only if you choose to book one |
These providers may process data outside your country. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
How long
Chats and visit details are deleted automatically 12 months after your last message. A request you send is also copied to the studio's lead sheet, which Shraman reviews, and is removed once it's no longer needed. If we start working together, what the work needs is kept for as long as it needs it, plus whatever period the law requires for invoices.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it's used. Email [email protected] and it will be handled within 30 days, usually much sooner. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
